To begin, I would like to declare that I am not currently and likely will never be a professional writer. I am not starting this blog with the intention of jumpstarting a writing career nor am I hoping to live out some Carrie Bradshaw fantasy. I simply enjoy writing and judging the actions of others-- two things that marry beautifully into a snarky, no-good-can-possibly-come-of-this blog. I don't have a focus, though perhaps one will develop. I plan to write about things that catch my attention and things I find too great to let go without a verbal assault. If my words offend you, I sincerely apologize. We aren't all built to hear the truth.
That being said, I greatly appreciate you taking the time to read my thoughts and evaluations of the world. I don't promise to be plentiful or consistent with my posts but I can promise that each post will be original and wholly of my own opinion. While my position on certain things may promote specific items, brands, or outlooks, I will not use my blog to advertise or sell things to you-- that is a level of shady even I won't stoop to.
So, my friends, go forth and read on. I'll try and keep it interesting.
